Une année difficile

To not see a movie and still, give it a 10?

My motive is plain simple.

1) I wanted to see the movie, but I could not find it due to the fact that it is not published anywhere where I could find it, and could not order it still in my country.

2) I trusted the title 'une année difficile' to be from one movie I would watch at this time.

3) I have a very difficile year so I resonate plenty with the movie title alone.

To be precise, I rated one more french movie, which was a comedy "astérix&obélix" the new release, and gave it a 10 because I smiled the entire movie, so what could go wrong if I give "une année difficile" a 10 too, because I feel it deserves the grade? And it happens to be about activists.. so that's a + from the start.
