I turned this on because I was such a fan of Superstore. It is definitely a different tone than Superstore, but this show is clearly going for something more meaningful. It's cute, it's funny, it's about caring, and it's about community.
I think that it could qualify as a "Feel Good Comedy." It depicts relatable people as they struggle through the challenges of health care and caring for people that need help.
I have several family members who work in health care, and everything that I saw tracks with what I have seen so far in the show.
There are some new actors that I don't recognize, but there are some that I love (any cast from Superstore) seeing in new roles.

Only 6 episodes out so far, but so far so good! It very much feels like a spiritual successor to the tried and true workplace mockumentary shows like the office and parks and rec while still feeling original in its jokes and characters. The characters here are likable, distinct, and well developed. The humor rides a nice line of not always playing it safe while not going overboard to be intentionally offense. Great shows like the aforementioned office and parks and rec had relatively rough starts. St Denis seems to have hit the ground at least "jogging" if not totally running, and I think it's lead up to a very promising start to the type of sitcom many people (including me) love. I'm looking forward to more!
The office in a medical center, what do you need more. As a doctor, a lot of these interactions and jokes are very recognisable from the daily work.
A good show to relax after a long day, well filmed, good actors. Interested to see where they will be taking the characters and the storyline.
Yes, the characters are gross generalisations from each discipline but there is some truth in it which makes it more funny.
Lighten up all healthcare workers who are leaving bad reviews, this doesn't put us in a bad light. Relax and laugh with yourself and your (sometimes annoying) collegues, it's just a joke!

I'd say right now the show is about a 5-6/10 for me- however, I gave it a 7 because it has a ton of potential. There are likable characters, good jokes, and a decent comedic format; I think it just needs a little time to truly find its footing.
I think the negative comments are forgetting that a lot of shows, particularly sitcoms, need some time to develop. Too many people expect instant gratification and aren't willing to stick it out, despite the fact that most shows benefit from some time/world & character building.
The negative reviews are comparing this to The Office, Parks & Rec, etc., while completely ignoring the fact that those shows weren't great in their first seasons either. Fortunately, they were given a chance and they became some of the most iconic shows out there. I think this show also deserves a chance. It might not be amazing now, but I could see it becoming great with time. Hopefully the network gives it a chance!

It's nowhere near on par with "The Office" or "Parks and Rec" (nothing ever will be), but it's got some laugh out loud moments. It reminds me a lot of Superstore, although that could be because half the cast came from that show. I can see how it's not for everyone, but it's definitely a lot better than most of the comedies I've seen released in the last few years. As one of the other reviews said, the comedic style is a bit more like the characters are cracking jokes with each other than trying to make the audience laugh. But there were some funny enough moments to make up for that, in my opinion. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes!
