Amazing what you can achieve as a new filmmaker! The storyline is unique and yet it touches upon moments and feelings that we all have experienced. The score of the film connects so well with what the characters are portraying and the desire of the audience to jump into the experience. Impressive visual composition and scenery that convinces you have gone back a couple of generations. When you take the time to watch something "off the beaten path" you wonder if it will be a waste of your time, this was not that. It was entertaining and left me wanting to know more about the characters and the filmmaker.

A great timepiece into the world of racing. Beautifully shot, wonderfully acted and has a lot of heart for a movie in this genre. It is a serious movie but has just enough humor mixed in to keep things light. The director clearly has a passion for this and even though I'm not a fan of racing I still enjoyed this movie a lot. Also the director and I share a hometown and I appreciate his use of it in the film. They clearly found an actual racetrack to help with authenticity but most of the rest of film looks locally shot which I find extremely charming! Slight spoilers, a certain red jacket wearing character steals the show. I can not wait for the sequel and the eventual creation of a new racing cinematic universe.

Like Stallone with Rocky, first time director Anthony Natoli tells a story full of heart, and a fresh perspective on what it means to win. The audience witnesses the power of community, dedication, and belief in yourself, not just on screen, but behind the scenes as well. Many would roll their eyes at a first time filmmaker writing, directing, and even scoring a feature length film, shot entirely on an iPhone, without any prior experience. With Sunday Sunday Sunday, Natoli rolls HIS eyes at the beaten path, and follows his gut to an unlikely success. It took 5 years to make, but as the film suggests: "It isn't speed that wins races. It's consistency." As a fan, I'm patiently awaiting the sequel, already in production.

Any time a movie can me to both laugh AND cry, I can't help but fall in love with it! As someone who has no prior knowledge or personal connection to drag racing or the car world in general, it was still completely relatable and very easy to feel a connected to the characters - especially the brothers. The soundtrack definitely also added another layer to each scene, so much feeling.

Not to mention comedian genius Joe Pontillo making a cameo!!

If you like a little suspenseful feeling (race scenes), a little love story, a little family drama, a lot of heart, you'll love this movie too.

Looking forward to the sequel!

A story of 2 young boys whose mother was killed in a 57 Chevy drag car. It tells about the pressures of growing up in the sport you are passionate about. About overcoming the trauma and getting back to where you need to be.

I highly recommend the movie to anyone. It's edge of your seat excitement. It's the reality of racing. It's more than a great drag race movie, you don't have to love drag racing,it's about family, too. The tenion and heartache. Watch the trailer, youll love it!
