Movie was so good, especially the climax ,, goosebumps at the end,,Vikram sir screen presence was so good,, first time to write a review because it's an wonderfull film, watched it in Telugu language,,Vikram sir should continue doing like this films.movie starts very silently but you should wait for the twists and better presence very very good,,, make time and watch this movie patiently you will feel good,,,,after watching complete movie then write review like me.if u don't like then I think I don't know movie knowledge,,,, even children can understand, no 18+ scenes and nothing a family watchable film which gives pure goosebumps.

A fantastic movie, every actor is completely immersed in their character. All the child stars, Thunai Nakshatras, and Pashupati Brahmin's character acting is superb; they give life to the characters on screen for social justice. There is a powerful scene with a verse about Ramanuja and Pashupati, delivering a poignant message about the lack of desire in birth. The film brilliantly addresses the caste hierarchies. The sight of the girls wearing shirts and showing happiness is amazing. Vikram's performance is excellent, and Parvathy gives a superb performance. The music is superb, and the hard work of the entire team is evident. VFX adds to the overall experience. I would rate it 9.2 out of 10. #HighlyRecommended#

The first half of the movie was thrilled, felt like mad Max movies.. brain feel like heavy.. story, acting, BG music everything coincide...

But in the second half started slowly and then story went like rollercoaster. Unable to understand fully ,it means second time should watch to understand??

Overall story was PRE KFG.. But lost between Real and Ghost.

Good comeback for chiyan Vikram.

Parvathi,Menon, pasupathi acting was too good. GV Prakash music big plus for this movie. Arathi character theeanted..

Some scenes they would have taken well in the second half. The importance of gold for British .

A total fictional story that doesn't hold much relevance for current era. Story is basically a period drama wherein a man named Thangalan belonging to a labour class along with his community goes as a guiding help for Britishers in gold mining n then there happens super natural incidences n clashes between that community n British. Movie started very well but soon lost complete track. Lots of same repetitive story scenes plus movie is very slow paced. Whatsoever, movie made no much sense to me. Originally a Tamil movie dubbed in all South Indian languages. Available in Netflix, my ratings 5/10!
