mockery of Bardin's cartoon

Film contains zero original ideas. Authors just spoiled the cartoon of my childhood for my taxes.

I love original cartoon all my heart. It's very harmonious picture with clear and kind meaning and legendary sounds.

The modern remake is the complete opposite.

There is no logical movie plot. Sound and decorations has extremely low quality, i feel that even senior student will do it better. The songs sound is flat and the picture can induce epileptic seizure. The heroes are cardboard characters, i can't believe their motivation, there are no logic in their actions. A lot of scenes inserted just to increase the running time.

Don't waste your time on this movie!

Anecdotes
Garri Bardin, the director of the original cartoon Letuchiy korabl (1979) heavily criticized the movie. He complained that he was never approached regarding it, not even notified it. He said that he will not watch the movie, called it "disgraceful" and "he doesn't want to see it". Director Ilya Uchitel claimed that since the original is based on a folk fairy-tale he didn't need to contact him, claiming that his movie is not a remake but a new adaptation of the fairy-tale. However the characters from the movie, including the names, were never in the original fairy-tale but were created by Bardin for the movie.
