The Last 9 Days

This was a great first episode to kick off the second season and by that.. the second Quincy invasion!

This episode delves deeper into the lore of The Quinces with much of the episode focusing on them! This also includes some great reveals that are sure to play a major part in the fights to come, adding some emotional weight!

The episode also follows Ichigo from where we left off i season one, as he goes on the journey to gain his true powers!

The ending was great, proving that the show wastes no time! Instead the pacing is great and you are invested through-out!

Once again som solid animation that are just as good as season one!

After waiting for 6 months or so, Bleach has finally returned. As expected the first episode of the second cour does not fail to deliver. The animation was smooth and the art-style was beautiful, a joy to watch, same quality as the first cour. The soundtrac was powerful and epic, Shiro Sagisu is truly an amazing composer. Studio Pierrot are doing an amazing job, passion and well budget make all the difference. This episode raised many questions, as well as our expectations for the cour, hopefully the reset of the cour will provide the same amount of enjoyment and excitement that this episode has delivered.

Bleach Season 2(The Separation) Episode 1 "The Last 9 Days"

Bleach is back again after 6 months and this first episode was a really good season opener.

The art and animation still look as good as TYBW Part 1 if not better, that's why the atmosphere was insane and the music, effects, the voice actors everything was on point.

And I also liked the new opening and I don't saying that this the best I've ever heard, but the music is really solid and visuals has similar vibe as the first Bleach OP Asterisk, very stylish, and the ending song was also pretty good.

So Uryuu is appointed as successor for Yhwach as expacted and Ichigo, Rukia, Renji and others are training to improve themselves and the Quincy attack upon soul society is starting soon.

This episode was really a calm before the storm, but this storm will be brutal one. And can't wait to see!!

They increased the pacing while simultaneously changing their approach the strory from manga and it honestly looks incredible, it seems they don't wanna waste time building up the hype like manga and end it quickly so they will be speeding up cour 2 alot and make cour 3 and 4 of reasonable pacing, I like that but in the process the tybw overall is looking a little rushed but then again that depends on upcoming cours, aside from that the animation : choice of colors, use of light, and the perfect use of cgi it's just perfect in all categories , it's a must watch show for any weeb or otherwise in my honest opinion.
