Sorry but disappointed
Sorry I was super excited about this show the way that the previews made it looked. But it was actually pretty boring. And the fact that Jen Affleck has her full name every time she is on screen is beyond annoying! Who TF cares that's her last name?!?!? She even admitted that she has never even met her husband's second cousin, so quit ridding those coattails. I'm not going to lie I have a second cousin myself who is a celebrity but I don't go around bragging day and night about that. Even to the point we have spent holidays together as a family so I have that up on her, but even some of my closest friends don't know that he is my cousin. Sorry but I'm really disappointed by this show.
Totally miss named to get people to watch it
Seems entirely made up. No need to watch this garbage. It's as real and realistic as advertisement. Somebody wanted to make money and therefore attached the word Mormon to this. People these days will do anything to be on TV and producers will do anything to Make people think they're producing a reality TV show. This shows title makes you think that you will learn something about secrets and things others shouldn't know about. But then it's really about someone not wanting to live their religion and wanting everyone to know about it. There's really nothing special about someone not wanting to live their religion and certainly nothing secretive if you broadcast that on TV. I know real Mormons and they don't act like these cartoon characters.
The Secret Lives of Just Wives
Why would I watch a show about random women?
It wasn't about their Mormon lives. It wasn't even about TikTok. I didn't know anything about them before watching, and I'm not Mormon by any means, so I'm not going to criticize their choices or whatever.
But it was so boring.
Would it be interesting to get a glimpse into the lives of Mormon women? Yes, probably. Instead, all I'm getting is a group of women having endless conversations about who's the bitch and why men often suck. I could've watched literally any other reality show.
The show tries so hard to be entertaining but fails miserably. What was that with the farm? I don't buy it. It feels like the only reason she's there is to avoid showing more footage of her just staying home with her family.
Oh, and Mayci dear, congratulations on making Gryffindor. Your father and I are so proud. (Mayci is so pretty.)

Awful
Not only is the religion this show claims to be about being misrepresented (using b-roll of Catholic Churches and stained glass, among many other things). It's crazy that these women are getting any sort of tv show or screen time. I understand there is a market for brain rot and idiocy, but this is unbelievable.
If you want to learn about Mormons, this will be a great look into a really small specific group and their personal drama. They don't deserve an audience, they don't deserve to represent any type of origination in any way, shape, or form. I'm disappointed to be in the same generation as these degenerate, attention seeking screenagers.

These people aren't Mormon
I mean, they aren't Mormon. I know that doesn't make the show sound as catchy and won't attract as many people. It would be interesting to see a scandal of people in the church and how the church dealt with them but unfortunately that isn't what you get here. These women aren't only lot Mormon they never were, I can't find anything credible that says they were ever Mormon or a part of the church. But if you want to watch an Utah real housewives kind of show maybe you would like this. If you were expecting any of the people in this show to be Mormon you should know they are not Mormon. And if they were they would have been kicked out of the church long ago, but they're not and near as I can tell, never were.
