Your kids actually need to be reading by themselves at 5 at the oldest to be normal. This is the most ridiculous and unbelievable part of the episode. Man, if millennial helicopter parents stunted millennials (evidenced on a large scale), parents like the Olivia character are creating the most underdeveloped and dependent generation so far. Sad. Not much else to the story. Liv's voice has gotten progressively lower but in an unnatural manner. One's voice may lower with age over many decades, but not just since she was promoted to captain. I bet the directive was that women in charge need to sound more like men. IT's so Dick Wolf.
