Just sad rubbish...
So, went in expecting a time waster, watchable swords and armour flick, no expectations.
My already low expectations were sadly dashed by just how boring, wooden and stupifying this sad excuse for a movie really is.
Stilted dialogue, terrible continuation, rubbish sound, the list goes on and on... Now, apparently there is a clever plot, however I missed have missed this bit as I drifted in and out of sleep through sheer boredom.
Further Orcs? What Orcs as advertised? Bunch of bad cheap rubber maks that really has very little relivence to whatever storyline already vaguely existed and Gimli and Legolas would have been very disappointed at the lack of challenge they presented... To summerise, if it is a choice between a root canal proceedure at your Dentist, or watching this movie I highly recommend the root canal as the more pleasurable option.

A great story ruined
This had the potential to be something great. Its story is actually engaging, with solid world-building and an interesting premise. Unfortunately, everything else drags it down.
The acting is wooden and unconvincing, making it hard to connect with the characters. The dialogue feels unnatural, as if the script was written in a rush without a second draft. And the directing? A complete mess. Scenes feel disjointed, pacing is all over the place, and emotional moments fall flat because of poor execution.
It's frustrating because there's a good story buried underneath all these flaws. If only it had been handled by a more capable team, this could have been a fantastic film. Instead, it ends up as a disappointment.

"The Last Redemption" Could Have Been Better
I don't understand how they could ruin a film like this. The story had huge potential, with breathtaking landscapes and a stunning male lead who holds the screen effortlessly. But unfortunately, the female counterpart is a disaster: she has a face that looks like a horse, and in some scenes, she even resembles a man! Unbelievable! Zero femininity! Such a shame, because the chemistry between the two could have worked, but she's as wooden as they come. This completely undermines the emotional tension of the film.
The movie still remains visually captivating, with some well-shot action sequences and a final that tries to redeem the story. But overall, it leaves a bitter taste for what it could have been but wasn't.

DNF
I watched like 20 minutes of it, enough to find everything: budget, story, characters, dialogue, fighting, acting, direction to be terrible. I mean, the starting scene is a woman carrying a child in slow motion and monologuing using words like "math". She's supposed to be a medieval outlaw.
I actually wanted to see this because Kevin Sorbo and orcs, I thought it was another Arrowstorm Entertainment production, but it's another entertainment's and it's not good at all.
What really spooked me is that really good veteran actors were doing so poorly: James Cosmo, Angus MacFayden, even Kevin Sorbo, even if he mostly plays himself at all times. The moment they introduced a small girl that couldn't act if her life depended on it, I turned it off.

An epic adventure that transports us to a fantastical world!
This film is an epic adventure that transports us to a fantastical world rich in pitfalls and betrayals. With a cast of charismatic actors, including Kevin Sorbo, Natalie Burn, James Cosmo, and Angus MacFadyen, the film manages to capture the audience's attention from the very first minutes.
The plot revolves around Diana, portrayed with great intensity by Natalie Burn, a daring rebel who stands against the wicked Lord Roland, played by Kevin Sorbo. Her mission to save an innocent princess leads her, along with her loyal brothers, to become a legend in the kingdom of Brea. The struggle for freedom and justice intertwines with the lives of the protagonists, creating a strong sense of connection and determination.
The film stands out not only for its gripping story but also for its visual realization. The action sequences are well choreographed and set against breathtaking landscapes that do justice to the fantastical setting. The malevolent creatures, such as orcs, are depicted with attention to detail that enriches the imaginary world of Brea.
John Real's direction is superb, and the staging is truly epic. Everything is accompanied by a score of great emotional impact.
However, "The Last Redemption" is not without its flaws. Some plot twists are predictable, and at times, the pacing can slow down, leaving the audience waiting for a plot acceleration. Nevertheless, the film's central message-the importance of unity and courage in the face of adversity-resonates loud and clear.
In conclusion, "The Last Redemption" is a film that combines adventure, justice, and human relationships in a fantastical context. Thanks to a talented cast and an engaging narrative, it manages to entertain and inspire. It is a work to be seen for fans of the fantasy genre and for those seeking stories of redemption and the fight for freedom. A journey that, despite its ups and downs, leaves a mark and invites reflection on what it truly means to fight for what is right.
