I love this movie. Great work by Bomain Irani. I will recommend this movie to all of my contacts. Being a father to a son and son to a father, i can relate it to my life. The direction is perfect. The emotions are real. The dialogues are perfect. The storyline is commendable. This is an award winner movie. I truly enjoyed every frame of the movie. Guys when in this world where others are after nonsensical topics, suddenly you see this movie. You feel like you got tge food for your soul. Kudos to film maker. The way the whole story is presented is perfect. I cant think of any word other than awesome, perfect, must watch infinity times.

Boman Irani's directorial debut is a true masterpiece, showcasing his versatility as not only a talented actor but also a skilled director and writer. Had the pleasure of watching The Mehta Boys. I had high expectations after seeing the trailer, and the film not only met but exceeded them.

Boman Irani-what can I even say? We've all seen his brilliance in Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, and so many other films, but with this, he proves that he's just as incredible a director as he is an actor. Every frame, every scene is crafted so beautifully-it's truly a work of art.

Avinash Tiwary was phenomenal too. His performance was powerful, and it's amazing to see such talent getting the platform it deserves.

I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, but this film absolutely deserves all the love. If you haven't watched The Mehta Boys yet, do yourself a favor and go see it. A must-watch!

Overview: Overall, I enjoyed this picture. It is extremely well acted and gripping. Even though it is a family drama, at no point does it feel slow or boring. I do wish they could have gone a bit deeper into what caused the rift between father and son, that would have added a bit more gravitas to the film.

Plot: The plot centers around the Mehta family who has just lost the mother of the family. Before migrating with his daughter to America, Shiv Mehta (Boman Irani) has to stay for a few days with his estranged son, Amay (Avinash Tiwary) - an architect who is not comfortable sharing his ideas at work.

The story focuses on the relationship between father and son and how that spills over into other areas of their lives.

Acting: The acting is excellent, with great performances by the two leads, Irani and Tiwary. They do manage to showcase the right emotions as the two men try to understand each other. They are ably supported by Puja Sarup as Anu Mehta and Shreya Chaudhry as Zara. Chaudhry in particular was excellent and is really excelling as an actress.

Conclusion: A good watch if you enjoy family dramas. Would recommend this movie.

However, it is Boman Irani who truly shines as the father, excelling in portraying the character's stubbornness and affection simultaneously. Shreya Chaudhary and Puja Sarup provide solid support. The film offers glimpses into the reasons behind their strained relationship, though a deeper exploration could have strengthened the emotional connection. Overall, Mehta Boys captures one of the most beautiful yet complex relationships-the bond between a father and son-with honesty and warmth. A heartfelt and refreshing watch. Highly recommended!
