In a scene the actress playing the role of mata Lakshmi draws a swastik (a very holy symbol in Hindu religion) in the feet of the actor playing the role of Narayan.

We know that the actor is playing the role of Narayan but in reality he is a human not lord Narayan himself. I think it is wrong to make swastik on foot of a person because swastik is kind of like a symbol of God . And it's wrong to draw it on the foot of a person as it is disrespectful to the god . If through this serial you wanna spread awareness of God you should pay attention to small details so you can make it a good and respectful serial. You should also get details and have whole knowledge about it.

I think the crew should be more knowledgeable of Hindu culture and be respectful to them.

The serial is very good but pay attention not to make this mistake again.

Progresses in a manner that seems filled with positive idealogies and perspectives but eventually shows its true colours. Tricks viewers in to believing false and unacceptable narratives of the divine events linked with the spiritual and divine figures of the hindu religion. Dishonours deities and the ruling divine figures of the planetary elements such as the ocean god and ocean goddess. Tries to cultivate thoughts and ideas that portrays the planetary deities such as the sun and the moon god as showcasing self pride and arrogance, which are really false, unacceptable and offensive. Really disappointing to see such negative thoughts governing the minds of the creators of the serial. There would have been no place for such thoughts and reflection of them in such a manner if the creators of the serial and the cast and crew of the serial has been truly devoted to the divine and spiritual figures of hinduism. Such serials are not worthy of being promoted in any manner or viewed by anyone. I hope that the makers of the serial will be really attentive and take note of all the negative aspects that deteriorates the progression of the screenplay of the serial and scripts serials of mythological elements as this rather in the most factual, acceptable and positive manner in the future.

We get to know divine love story of Lakshmi Narayan and also dashavatar stories. On the other hand the stories are in light of modern perspective. Nayanran actor Srikant is very handsome. Charming and great actor. Shivya is also very good actor and doing justice to her character. Their bonding look so divine. Swastik set is mesmorizing and the final outcome is excellent. It looks like a musical divine story. Also we are able to see all the main leads of Shiv Shakti actors. I like all the songs and mantras, be it Mangalam Bhagwan Vishnum Mangalam Garuddha dwaja or Shuklam Baradaram Vishnum Sashi barnam Chaturvujam etc.

Perhaps most concerning is the offensive nature of the series towards devotees of Lord Vishnu and His eternal pleasure potency, Srimati Lakshmi Devi. By trivializing these revered figures and misrepresenting their stories, "Lakshmi Narayan" alienates and offends those who hold these deities in high regard. Devotees expect a level of reverence and accuracy in such portrayals, and the series falls woefully short on both counts.

Overall, "Lakshmi Narayan" is another futile attempt by Swastik to mint money by exploiting Hindu faith. Instead of offering a respectful and enlightening depiction of Lord Vishnu and Srimati Lakshmi Devi, the series opts for sensationalism and creative liberties that distort the essence of these divine figures. For those seeking an authentic and respectful portrayal of Hindu mythology, "Lakshmi Narayan" is not worth the time. The series serves as a reminder of the importance of thorough research, appropriate casting, and respectful storytelling in the portrayal of religious and cultural narratives. Swastik's latest offering is a missed opportunity to honor and celebrate the profound legacy of Lord Vishnu and Srimati Lakshmi Devi.

I love the show. Yes, the creator is adding something more than the scriptures, but honestly, what's more important is that at least we are watching it, even if some scenes may offend us or we may dislike them. But more importantly, we are hearing Narayana's name. The casting is good too. Overall, the purpose of all these mythology shows is to make us aware and to make us love Narayan, and nothing more is important because, to be honest, we are in Kalyug, and Narayan just wants us to come back to him to love him; nothing more is important for him than that.
