Sal Vulcano: Terrified

Sal just really brought that great personality, that we love from Impractical Jokers, to the stage to give us some great comedic parts and storytelling! I had a blast watching and listening to this whole special. I really hope Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, or Max gives this man an original special on one of their networks. Specifically Max because they stream Impractical Jokers. The middle to the ending half was just the best 30 minutes. You can tell he started getting into the groove after a while. Love to see it. Either way, great special, I laughed a lot, hope to see more stand-up from Sal Vulcano!

If you've seen the punishment where they make Sal intentionally bomb at stand-up comedy, this is the opposite of that.

I rarely get to watch stand-up comedy because my girlfriend always wants to watch horror movies and crime documentaries, but she does love Impractical Jokers and loves Sal especially, so when we came across this on Max it was an easy sell. We both laughed out loud at least a dozen times.

We've seen every episode of Impractical Jokers, so we know his personality well, but still weren't sure what to expect here. He did not disappoint. The other guys weren't lying when they said it's hard for him not to be funny.

I love Sal and I think his standup is what I expected and more. His story telling and joke delivery is on the spot. His material is a little shallow but really funny, laugh out loud funny. If you like him in impractical jokers, you will definitely love him here. His delivery, facial expressions, joke style somewhat reminds me of his character in impractical jokers. It's at least PG13 to R rating, so it might not be appropriate to younger kids. Having said that, I saw younger kids in the crowd so be that as it may. All in all, I would definitely watch him again on his future gigs, and forever an impractical joker fan.

There is a reason stand up comics spend years on the road and put their blood sweat and tears into their acts. So when they are finally given the chance to have their own stand up special it is exactly that, special.

Most comics spend years of working the road to come up with 30 minutes of material they find worthy of a special. Not Sal, Sal is so full of himself he was like 30 mins? Please...I'll do an hour and 10!

This is the classic case of a pseudo celebrity getting something handed to them that was totally unearned. His material seemed like it was written by a 12 year old boy and a 60 year old woman at the same time. His delivery was atrocious, this was painful to watch. I've been a fan of Impractical Jokers from the very beginning and still watch it despite it REALLY falling off since Joe left.

This is a classic case of someone being told they were funny by their friends being like "Oh, well then I'm going to be a stand up comedian!"

If you're looking for a stand up special from a REAL comedian that's lesser known go check out Robert Kelly Live at the Village Underground, Big Jay Oakerson: Live at Webster Hall, ANY of the Kyle Kinane stand ups, Chris Porter Ugly and Angry...i could go on. I guarantee those specials will provide more laughs in the first five minutes than Sal produced during the one hour and 11 minute duration of his "Special"

I love Sal in Impractical jokers, I'm a big fan of him. But unfortunately this was not funny at all, I didn't laugh once. Gave it 40min of my time. Stopped it and deleted it. He kept repeating the same jokes over and over again. I mean i still love the guy and this didn't change my mind about him, but standup comedy isn't for him. He doesn't have what it takes to be a standup comedian.

If you think like me and like him don't make the same mistake as me and watch this. I guarantee you that you will not find this funny. Save your data and watch some of the better standup comedians out there. Thanks.
