Techland, You Did It - I'm That 14-Year-Old Kid Again
When the first Dying Light came out and I watched the Let's Play videos, I instantly knew I had to have it. I had loved the Dead Island games and begged my father to buy it for me since I was only 14 at the time. For me, it was the best zombie game ever made. I ended up with more than 800 hours of playtime on the PS4.
Then came the second title. I was hyped and even bought the Ultimate Edition - but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment.
Now The Beast has been released, and Techland even gifted it to those who had bought the Ultimate Edition. I honestly never expected that. I can't say much about the game yet and probably should wait before writing a full review - but I just can't. Playing it made me feel like that 14-year-old kid again. And that alone says everything about this game.
Thank you, Techland.

Ts so peak
Wow. Just wow. I honestly didn't expect Dying Light: The Beast to grab me this hard, but after spending many hours with it, I can confidently say this game is an absolute masterpiece. If you're into survival horror mixed with fast-paced action and parkour, this is exactly what you've been waiting for.
The first thing that impressed me was how good the movement feels. Running, climbing, jumping, and sliding across the city is incredibly smooth and satisfying. I never got tired of just moving around the map. The freedom of exploration makes every session feel different, and the parkour system is the best I've seen in any game. Add to that the intense combat and you've got a perfect combination of speed, danger, and creativity.
The atmosphere is on another level. During the day, the city feels alive but still dangerous. At night, however, the game completely transforms into a terrifying experience. The infected are more aggressive, the tension skyrockets, and I found myself genuinely scared to go outside in the dark. That feeling of constant risk makes every decision matter, and I loved it. The sound design adds to the experience - the growls, the screams, the silence right before an ambush - it's chilling in the best way possible.
The story is also surprisingly engaging. The characters feel real, the missions are varied, and there are enough twists to keep you invested. It's not just mindless running and fighting - there's real depth here. On top of that, the graphics are stunning, and the level of detail in the world really makes you believe in it.
It's fun, scary, intense, and unforgettable. For me, Dying Light: The Beast is easily a 10/10 and a must-buy for anyone who enjoys survival horror or open-world action games.

DYING LIGHT THE BEAST > Dead Island / TLOU
Dying Light: The Beast is like The Last of Us Part II mixed with Dead Island. Chaotic , cinematic, but still packed with brutal, parkour and survival fun. Techland nailed the balance between heart and horror, this isn't just the best Dying Light yet, it's one of the best survival games ever made 🔥🔥🔥
⭐ 10/10 A Masterpiece from Techland
Dying Light: The Beast is without question one of the best games this year, to anyone giving this game under a 10 , you're not an OG. Techland once again proved that they listen to their fans and give us exactly what we've been asking for.
Everything about this game is beautiful, the atmosphere, the new mechanics, the combat, the soundtrack, and especially the cinematics. For those of us who love story driven games, this is the Dying Light we've been waiting for.
And let's talk about Kyle Crane , an absolute legend. The way Techland brought him back from The Following is perfect. It's respectful, it makes sense, and it ties the story together without being confusing. True fans will feel the weight of his return.
Techland delivered a dark, cinematic, and emotional experience while keeping the core parkour and survival horror elements that made the series iconic. They didn't just release a game but they gave us something unforgettable.
If you're a true Dying Light fan and enjoyed the first game , this is a must-play. Thank you Techland, you've made the fans proud once again. 🔥🔥

KYLE CRANE IS BACK
Crane is back And the game has a mix of nostalgia + new things to explore , I love the fact that you can drive which makes the experience even more fun. Parkour is amazing to do and I love the fact that THEY FINALLY ADDED CINEMATICS! This was the only thing missing from the original and it makes the story feel way more meaningful . I'm ready to Unleash the beast🔥🔥🔥
