The Amityville Lost Tape

What barely saves this film from the Annihilation I'd like to give it, j ust for trying to get views using the Amityville name. Is that the female leads are all reasonable actresses, easy on the eye. The rest is faux esoteric nonsense, lots of rather garbled talk on occult topics with clearly little research done, then the film descends into trope ridden dross. Best avoided.

So I tried to watch this movie on Tubi, and over half of the film is this blonde girl who is into tarot /oracle cards giving the other 2 characters a tarot reading, in a basement. She doesn't really know anything about the reading of tarot cards. At the start of it the girls try doing an EVP session. While I am into paranormal topics, the acting is pretty bad and the dialogue is stilted, this movie isn't saved by using occult subjects. While that *could* have been interesting if done well (or the actors had actually acted decently), unfortunately, they did not, and it's not in the least bit exciting. Who wrote this film?? If they are responsible for naming the movie using "Amityville" then they should know better. Tried for a cash grab and failed. This film has absolutely nothing to do with the Amityville films apart from the fact that it takes place in Queens, which I guess is near there. Finally, the characters decide to use a Ouija board, and I had to shut this off. You can read this review and it will bring you more joy than this movie itself. Save the time and go watch "Shelby Oaks."

This movie is absolute garbage . This movie made on a 100$ budget i swear worst movie ever seen. This has nothing to do with Amityville horror at all. Very bad acting idk who produced this movie please dont make anymore horror movies . I've seen better acting on YouTube. Stay far away from this ridiculous movie .
