Enigmatic and powerful. Beautifully crafted and deftly brought to the screen, The Lantern Man shines from the darkness as it brings to life the themes of personal struggles. Direction, cinematography and editing were compelling as I found myself immersed and visually tricked by where I was and how the protagonist was moving throughout the scene. Showing signs of cinematic genius I look forward to further work by this team and how this film could even be made into a feature. Tim Cullingworth-Hudson is brilliant as the lead and writing and direction by Cullingworth-Hudson and Jon Kent is riveting. 10 out of 10!

Even though it's a short, *The Lantern Man* leaves a lasting impression, proving that you don't need a long runtime to tell a compelling, memorable story.

The Lantern Man is a great short. Tense and dark. Whilst the acting was really good, you could see everyone involved in the production had a great day in the office. A lot of potential with an interesting back story. I hope to see a feature length in the near future. It was dark in the true sense of a classic British horror but still had the grit of a psychological thriller to it. The cinematography, and storyline was top and given this appears to be a low budget film from what it appears, it does just make you wonder what teams like this would be capable of with bigger budgets, because the overall quality of delivery on this is very high. There really isn't much between this and some of the stuff out there on Netflix and other platforms. The acting was great, energetic and emotional where it needed to be, and yet controlled and and decisive when right to be so to. I will continue to follow the journey of these guys as I see so much more on the horizon for them in the future if they continue to produce substance of this standard. These types of films are what make less established film makers and actors so exciting to track. I really do expect more on the horizon.
