As far as Indian or Pakistani dramas are concerned, they are slow and are mostly about love triangles or home politics. But this drama is different from the other typical stories.

Cinderella in a Pakistani environment with a fairy god mother kind of character that is portrayed as horror.

Also the fact that how children are treated after they lose their parents is portrayed perfectly.

For those who hate slow dramas, watch the dragging scenes with 1.25x or 1.5x, I am doing the same.

I am right now at episode 35 and I am hooked.

For what its worth, it is good to see something different and better.

I can honestly say this series has had me hooked from the very start. Excellent acting, gripping plot, and wonderful cinematography.

The doll is a perfect metaphor for the reliance on modern day technology and how seemingly small interactions can have profound impacts on a little girls life.

The family dynamic and character relationships are written perfectly, with nuance to each character identity and a symbiosis seen only in the most acclaimed TV shows.

With such high attention to detail, the Mise-en-scène reflected the emotion of each scene so eloquently.

Would highly recommend and with 50 episodes, you have hours of fun to come.

Not sure where this serie is going to but after episode 45 I came to the conclusion this is only getting more worse by the day. Apart from the appalling acting, the plot is terribly slow. Each episode consist of long and often slow motioned close ups of actors who have no idea what acting is. With dialogue a thirteen year old could have written this is a real insult to the watcher at home.

Then there's the doll which nor creepy, nor adorable.

But in the end she blends in with the wooden actors very nicely.

Even if you have absolutely nothing to do with your time, just switch to the news and I guarantee you will be more entertained.
