High on (some noteworthy) claims, low on specifics
This documentary is basically a series of disclosures/assertions by senior US government officials that non-human intelligence encounters have not only happened here on Earth, but that artifacts and biological specimens from these encounters are in government -- and possibly corporate -- custody with the reverse engineered tech bleeding its way through modern aerospace and engineering innovations. However, when it comes to putting forth what the general findings from the examination (such as e.g., rudimentary DNA analysis) of the biological specimens has indicated, or any further details about the possible origins of this intelligence and its technology, the documentary largely fails to provide any information. The explanation of the possible motivation behind these encounters and the apparent extraordinary technological prowess of these life forms also falls short. Having said that, it remains worth watching.
The single most important film this decade to the unaware.
If you're already familiar with the topic of UAP's you certainly will not learn anything new from this documentary. However if you watch this with, or show it to someone in your life who is unaware of the facts surrounding this phenomena, then their watching of this will be incredibly enlightening. I get allot of the criticisms in these reviews, but the simple truth of the matter is that for those unaware of the reality of the UAP situation, this documentary could be a wonderful and necessary starting point. I'm very disappointed it's behind a paywall however, as that severely limits its ability to get to those who would actually benefit from watching it. In the end I think it was very well put together, but understandably disappointing to those already informed as there were no new bombshells dropped. Despite this, and as previously stated, I believe that this could have the potential to be the most important documentary of this decade if not longer for the general populace to watch. Particularly because as is said many times in the movie, one of the most important things we can do is de-stigmatize this subject and bring it into the mainstream. Here's hoping it gets the recognition it so rightfully deserves, and in turn leads to the true disclosure so many of us already aware of the topic so desperately seek.
Validation for what I already thought
I was probably the ideal audience for this movie. I felt that it validated all the things I already thought about contact with extraterrestrial (or perhaps "intraterrestrial") beings. For me the film convincingly laid out a case for the beliefs that 1) we are not alone in the universe, that 2) beings from a far more advanced civilization than ours are keeping tabs on us, that all the rumors that such incidents as "alien abductions," and the crash of an alien spacecraft in Roswell, New Mexico are true, and that 3) the US government is on a mission to stigmatize anyone who claims to have witnessed such beings as "crazy crackpots." The film presents credible people who either have held important positions in the US government, or currently hold such positions (such as Senators Marco Rubio and Kristen Gillibrand). I found this a compelling documentary, even though it is just a series of interviews. Yes, the soundtrack did add an emotional subtext, but I see no reason to doubt the evidence it presents.
That's it for me
I think the documentary overreaches.
It builds a dramatic narrative on circumstantial testimony and political frustration rather than empirical evidence.
I think at this point most of us agree that there's life in the universe beside us.
What I want to see next is an interview with a green little man sitting on the deck of his space ship!
Otherwise I have no interest in watching more people swear they exist.

Military industrial complex pushing fear
There's been a long time narrative about
" November alien invasion" over social media...
"Drone" sightings in New Jersey and all over Europe... Trump himself said, they know what these are and where they came from... Plot twist , " Huntsville" as Amy Acker said ... I do not deny existence of aliens, but I believe most of these UAP sightings are military industrial complex running crafts on aneutronic fusion , they might have acquired tech from aliens, Atlanteans, nazis or whatever, I honestly do not care at this point, what I am sure about is Military industrial complex has free energy technology and if they were to release it, weapon corporations would be sued into oblivion by their own competitors and most people would have difficulties coping that entire economy is a lie at this point, and yet you get folks in the government eg, Pelosi, which knows which corporations will succeed , because they were given access to this technology, example Helion Fusion or Lockheed... So now military industrial complex needs another 2001 , intelligence failure to justify it's existance to the public further, I don't know if that Alien invasion is coming, but all this film is pushing an alien fear narrative to pump more money into defence industries....
