The movie dragged on far longer than it needed to. There were too many flashbacks and unnecessary scenes that didn't contribute to the main story. As a viewer, it was often confusing to follow what was actually important.

I think the writers were aiming for psychological horror, but unfortunately, they missed the mark. Instead, the film came off more like a fantasy-comedy - and not in a good way. A tighter script and clearer direction could have made a big difference.

Verdict: Watch only if you're really curious - or really patient.

TBH, not great, but IDK why so many 1s. It wasn't THAT bad. I mean, the acting was mediocre, the cinematography uninspired, and how do you screw up a jump scare? But it was (sort of) cleverly written, with a lead actress who was both sympathetic and deserving of the horrors thrust upon her.

Vivian is a reporter who is accosted by a woman who gives her a bracelet that seems to curse her with visions of sone activists that three(?) years ago she reported on being encased in cement. My favourite aspect was the memory gaps - she sees ghosts... or does she?!? Is she just having a breakdown? Or is she cUrSeD? (Can't we have both?!?)

More loose threads than the cursed bracelet, but still not an awful evening.

Filipino horror films went on a massive downgrade (including this) and here's why:

• Too much use of CGI (Reached a point where it's not making any sense at all)
• Jumpscares were so weak, old horror films were way way better
• The cast weren't the best, you got side characters that didn't deliver their job (not all but watch the film and you'll know)

Okay, the plot was disappointing along with the cinematography. Horrible storytelling putting random scenes giving the viewers the wrong kind of plot twists wherein it became just confusion. Don't get me wrong I watched this because I want to support Filipino films but Horror genre isn't just it...

Strengths: The concept has potential with a guilt-driven story, some creepy atmosphere works, and Jodi Sta. Maria carries a few scenes with solid acting.

Weaknesses: Too many predictable jump scares, shallow story and weak character build-up, and the horror doesn't last long - execution feels lacking overall.
