Dude

Message and logic of the film can be ok but its disgusting to watch it. Irritating to watch it, a guy marrying a girl who is in love with somebody else, then a baby and the whole movie drama is traumatic. No matter the good screenplay or fast pace or any good review, i still felt awkward the all of the movie.

"Dude" (2025) is a film that successfully delivers a good and fun watch, largely due to the amazing performance and charismatic presence of its lead, Pradeep Ranganathan. He once again proves that he is in top gear, effortlessly carrying the film with his relatable energy and compelling acting.

Pradeep Ranganathan is undoubtedly the film's strongest asset. His ability to blend youthful charm with genuine emotion is a highlight, making the movie feel fresh and resonant. He is amazing in the role, engaging the audience from start to finish.

The film operates well as a fun and lighthearted entertainer. It strikes a chord with its blend of humor, romance, and youthful vibe, making it a generally enjoyable cinematic experience. While the film is very good, it is not without its minor flaws. Minor dips in the narrative or moments that feel less polished might be present, but they are ultimately overshadowed by the fun factor and Pradeep's top-tier performance.

Overall, "Dude" is a film that delivers on its promise of entertainment, offering a good and fun watch that is significantly elevated by Pradeep Ranganathan's amazing performance.

DUDE starts off really well, even the 1st half is very nice with Pradeep anna's entry, to catchy songs like Oorum Blood and Singari, to comedy which fits the movie and PR just right. A massy interval block gets the audience thinking that the film will just get better. However the 2nd half shows a completely different story, with just a single twist which I feel is unnecessary. I didnt like the 2nd half except for the very little comedy and the emotional scenes. DUDE had so much potential, but for a debut director, I feel like he deserves a round of applause, Keerthi anna, if he used Mamitha, and Sarathkumarsir properly then the movie would be a blockbuster.

The movie feels completely split in two.

The first half is fantastic, fun, tight, and totally engaging.

But the second half falls apart. The director starts throwing in random, illogical scenes, the characters lose all the development they had, and the relationships are portrayed in a very wrong way.

I recently watched this movie, and I found its message deeply concerning. The film attempts to draw a comparison between human relationships and animal behavior-portraying dogs as free to mate with anyone, while suggesting that humans are unnecessarily bound by marriage or social norms.

Instead of addressing issues like caste and social discrimination in a meaningful or thought-provoking way, the movie ends up promoting a distorted idea of freedom - one that encourages indiscipline and disregards moral boundaries.

Many films have tackled casteism and social barriers with sensitivity and depth, inspiring positive change. However, this movie fails miserably in that regard. It conveys an unhealthy message that can negatively influence young minds and weaken the values that hold our society together.

It's important for audiences to stand against such culture-damaging narratives and instead support films that promote unity, respect, and thoughtful reform without crossing ethical lines.
