1. Esmeralda. If you haven't noticed by literally every review mentioning this, this character is AWFUL. Awful. It's like one bad joke dragged through every episode multiple times.

2. It isn't funny. That's a pretty big requirement for a comedy show.

3. It isn't a sequel to The Office. They WANT it to be, but marketing it like that probably shot them in the foot. Yes, it is shot the same documentary-style way, but it's missing the magic of the cast of The Office.

I was lucky enough to see this show in Madison, WI and enjoyed watching this performance just as much. Which is to say A LOT.

Justin just has a way about him - he isn't smarmy like a lot of magicians, he's charming and quick with the wit. The magic is unique and fun for all ages. I have zero idea how he does any of the tricks, and even though I am the +1 (I actually was), I really prefer not knowing.

If you can see him live find a way to do it. If you can't, then watch this special. Or any of his TV shows (Magic for Humans, anyone?). There's a reason he's gotten as popular as he has and I'm so glad to see it.

This movie triggered me. I've been a caregiver for three people, one of them family. All of them are gone now.

This was a beautiful look at a beautiful woman living a tortured existence with touches of happiness. Her relationship with her son was clearly strong and as he stood up for her and pushed back at his father when his father lacked patience or empathy it was quite powerful.

Mostly, though, the reason it triggered my emotions was due to the show of patience and impatience that comes with being a caregiver. The sleep you lose, the broken appointments...the kindest people in the world have a breaking point - it's hard to find your center when you're broken down by the inevitable stress of caring for someone who relies on you for everything.

This was a beautiful documentary. It made me cry. It made me google the names of everyone involved in it. Just beautiful. Anguished and sad. And, beautiful.
