It's a slow-paced neo-noir that does not have a lot of action going on. The story takes its own sweet time to unfold. The dialogues are sparse, but the location of the movie is interesting! I liked the aerial photography in it, as it takes the viewer on a journey through a stunning landscape! The landscape portrayed is somewhat desolate but also so very dusty. It felt like the dustiness added a layer of uncertainty to the film. There are some hard-hitting dialogues in the movie, but there's also subtle humour peppered throughout the film. The film picked up pace in the last 30 minutes or so. I wish something more had happened in this movie. At times the movie felt disjointed. The performances by all the casr members were good. Simon Baker was fantastic as Travis Hurley. He's in nearly every scene-that's commendable. I watched an interview that mentioned that the movie was filmed in 16 days! That's a tremendous achievement. Guerrilla filmmaking from down under!

I really enjoyed this well-written show. All the episodes were engaging and added to the thrill of the story. Eric Bana and Lily Santiago were perfect in their roles and had good chemistry between them. The locations in the show were beautiful. The background score and the songs were melodious and lovely. I'm looking forward to season 2!

I had liked Season 1 but couldn't complete any episode in season 2 because of the vile language used in practically every sentence! Too much violence and swearing going on in this show. I have watched the first 3 episodes of season 2 with a lot of fast forwarding and can definitively say that I won't be able to watch this show any further. Why make such trashy shows?
