«They did not know how to handle evil!» and «they there disfucional»?! Because of the dad!! Evil Kin" portrays a chilling story of a father terrorizing his family with violence, even trying to take his daughter's child. It highlights yet another case of police failure, showing zero empathy for the victim. As someone who has survived similar betrayal, this is painful to watch - but crucial that these stories are told.
Fashion's Darkest Secret shines a harsh but necessary light on a reality many of us have known for years: powerful men with too much money and zero accountability exploiting young women. It's a painful but important watch. What's most disturbing is how little has changed, many of Epstein's wealthy "friends" are still walking free. These aren't just predators. They're monsters. The women who speak out are incredibly brave. It's heartbreaking that it took decades before their voices were even "allowed" to be heard. This series is long overdue, and still not enough. So yeah.. this is a much better watch!
I made it halfway through before giving up. A slow, awkward slog with a plot so flimsy it felt like it was built around a stuffed animal. The tone? Confused. The pacing? Flat. The dialogue? Painfully stiff. There's far too much back-and-forth and side stories that lead nowhere. Yes, I'm sure something scary happens eventually, but after an hour of waiting, all I got was cringe and second-hand embarrassment. Horror should build tension, not test your patience. Speak no evil? Say no more, I'm out.
There's unsettling, and then there's just boring. This one doesn't creep under your skin, it just slowly puts you to sleep.
