I love Emma, she is beautiful and super talented up until I watched this series. She was amazing in black mirror and the only good thing in Deal pool, I even finished the Harry Styles gay film because of her, but this one is just beyond horrible.
I tried so hard to finish episode 1 and 2, then went straight to episode 7, hoping beside the slow pace and unnecessary flash backs, I could see an interesting ending or at least a proper killer...... but NO ! Wow, it is totally unbelievablely super stupid !
I cant believe what I am going to say, but here you go...... the climax of this TV series is two women using a laptop, typing something (obviously fake) in order to burn the world's most advanced, most intelligent, most expensive and most game changing AI.... yes!!! You heard me right, the 300 US dollars laptop kills the 300 square feet big AI, and this is literally the climax of this show. I am a technology dummy, so I would probably unplug it instead of burn it.
Clive Owen was once a potential big star, but he kept doing these very similar roles in the last 10 years, same kind of character, same expression, almost same background with same dialogues, he must be bored, well I am bored anyway.
The good thing is I still love Emma and still looking forward to see her next project, but I would never recommend anyone to see this series..... well, maybe my boss, cos I hate her.

I was not planning to write anything, but seeing people criticized this show like one of the worst, I just cant sit still but have to show some support.
It's not the best tv series ever, No! But definitely not a $hitty one, the script writer obviously did some homework, the overall production is absolutely above average, all characters are doing a fine job, except Vicky, she is great!! She looks like a pro that can really deal with bomb situations, much more convincing than David Tennant as a detective in Broadchurch.
As far as I know, I am watching a TV show with a mature and professional crew, they really trying to make an effort, it deserves much much more appreciation. Seriously, if ''Tracker" can get 7.1, how this show only get 6.7? I guess I am too old to understand the young viewers.

I enjoyed S1, the settings are great, wardrobe great, location great and photography excellent. Max if not comparing with Benedict Cumberbatch is likeable but definitely not charming. Max and Oskar chemistry is 5000 miles away from Sherlock and Watson, but the cases are interesting enough to keep me watching.
S2 started to go down hill rapidly, dialogs are terrible, so childish so straight forward. The worst thing is the director seems not to bother how to present/design a scene. For instance, if Von wants to know what Oskar is up to, he just have to flip the confidential documents on Oskars desk, or if Max has to get shot in a heavily guarded casino, then he just need to take off his mask and walk around and will of course find the empty spot ...... wow, Mr. Director, you can't be as lazy as that!?
I tried really hard to stick with the show because of Leonie Benesch, but had to give up thanks to childish writer and lazy director.
By the way, why a 300 lbs lady in a low cut purple dress needs a mask anyway?
