Quite well made. Production and all, and still it is of those that just might become Vince Gilligan's 'Alien Earth'..

Usually with Vince we have well written, well produced "situation" where character, even though pushed into hypothetical obviously, still is with the real world environment, where "slow" and "dragged out" bits and pieces such as taking a rest, watching TV, or just buying groceries, a family lunch/dinner, work well as part of the premise, because that is life..

However, here we have "alternative" world, sci fi premise, where mentioned "slow" bits and pieces regardless of all, often do not work, and should be reduced to minimum, because such premise works as an allegory, for which case, the premise (story) must pick up the pace..

Reviews and ratings can be edited, adapted and changed. Six more episodes for this season, and most likely after next two or three, it will be more clear if there's hope for this show, or not..

This show is one of those shows, that if never existed, people would still feel as if they have seen it. That is how many times a thing such as this has already been seen, and truth to be told, previously done in quite better ways and versions of itself..

Not an awful show, other than dreadful irish accents and some quite lousy, convenient writing, especially near and by the end, it is not bad, only issue, that is becoming bigger and bigger issue lately, is that it is generic, in instances painfully, borderline slop.

Pierce Brosnan more and more looks and sounds, shortly said resembles, that hypothetical "thing" where good old Jean-Luc Picard, in his old days 'Picard' starts a gangster organisation in his vineyard back in France, while also pretending to be Irish (most funny part is that Pierce was born in Ireland), and Tom Hardy is way better "Data" than that (maybe Taboo should be renewed)..

Shows like this are the product of those who don't know when the time to stop has come, we have seen this pattern past decade over and over again with creators who peaked in their creativity and skill a long time ago, now attempting to reach those peaks again, while continuing Faded Creativity Circus..

GoT Wannabe Dragon falls, breaks both legs.

Dreadful dullness, blatant exposition, characters pretending to do stuff for the sake of exposition and to "buy time"..

Veered off Source Material where ever it can for the sake of Westeros 2024..

Utterly wrong concept for creating a season of TV, accepted as "the way to go", in order to stretch the story and justify investment..

For else, well, said it all after episode 1 opened season 2, it was obvious how it was set-up, and where it was going, mentioned that again, in several reviews for following episodes, more extensively for those occasions..
