The finale i expected was supposted to be chaotic, thrilling spine chilling, but the writers literally made the finale the worst episode of the whole series. Such a shame to see one of my favourite show going down with such a poor ending.
The final episode completely deflates the intense buildup that the rest of the series carefully constructed over the years. Joe was always a character walking a tightrope-constantly balancing his manipulative charm with his sociopathic tendencies. The beauty of the show was in the discomfort it created, making viewers question why they were rooting for someone so irredeemable. The finale throws that all away in favor of an oddly tidy resolution that robs the series of its signature tension and complexity.
The finale felt like it was written in a rush, as if the writers just wanted to wrap things up with a bow, regardless of whether it made emotional or narrative sense. Major characters were sidelined or given abrupt exits. Plot threads that were carefully woven earlier were dropped without explanation or resolution. The final confrontation, if you can even call it that, felt uninspired and lacked any real emotional weight.
We deserved better. YOU deserved better.
