Verdict First - DO NOT WATCH THIS AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

Phew. I so just wanted to say that. Its one bad movie. Cringe, Cheesy, Unplanned and Lost are the adjectives, a sane person would use for this flick. The 3 stars that I gave it are for:

One for Lead actress who was OK One for a decent CGI (Not good but just acceptable) One out of courtesy.

And yeah thats it. Since this is not a spoiler review, I cannot specifically point out the scenes in the movie but let me tell you what I felt while watching them. I felt that the makers of this garbage thought that I am an underage lad, who does'nt have much experience of this world. They also assumed that I have no idea or whatsoever of how world, government, armed forces, academia, research organizations and people in general work and act. Predictability is the forte of this flick. First scene and you will have a pretty good idea that what's going to come for next 1hr 38mins .

Its tragically disturbing that this movie has 83% on tomatometer as of the writing of this review. So as usual, appreciation has been bought for money. RIP good film making.

Typical Bollywood formula film produced by very unexpected origin TVF. This movie is for people who imagine themselves in cringey Bollywood moments and visualize themselves as the Kalyug Avatar of SRK.

I never in my worst dream imagined that Jeetu bhaiya would do a film like this. It's like casting a very talented actor in B grade bhojpuri movie. I mean he gave his best but for the wrong cause. Jeetu Bhaiya has always been a window into Aam Admi's marvelous adventures in this normal life. His persona has similar vibes that Irrfan Khan used to have. Simplicity but with Brilliance. But if you try to mould him into SRK like futile and dreamy personality then that connect with the viewers is lost. And the director did exactly the same mistake here. Simply put this was clearly not what should have been made.

Now coming to the story. The writing shows that it tries very hard to parallelize the events of two archs in the movie - Magic and Football, and paint a conclusion that "LOVE can make amazing things to happen". But this is no Beautiful Mind. This is very poorly made Jaadugar. And Love ka Power totally felt like on your face homey.

This is a grave sign that independent and break the mould kind of production houses are resorting to same old romantic Bollywood formula film making. May be TVF team has someone who has tasted the money and now everything's gonna be for Vit Money not Vit Art.

Oh and I totally forgot. Not laughed even once in the entire movie. So if someone is under the delusion that this is a RomCom, well its not. Comic scenes are majorly inspired from other movies and also cringey.

In nutshell, if you appreciate mindless Bollywood romantic masala movie where "Pyar ka Khumaar" takes the center stage then go ahead and watch this movie. You will love it and may be watch it multiple times and force others to watch it with you. BUT if you are really into good movies that makes sense and imprints on you then just don't waste your time. You will feel like you are watching an inferior content compared to your amazing movie choices. JUST DON'T DO IT.

FInal words first: THIS IS A BAD MOVIE. Period. A Marvel fan is writing this review.

Now the review (or rather a request to Marvel):

You don't make such movies Marvel. Movies that has cheesy moments of Glory among tragedies, which btw never felt like tragedies. It felt like I am watching a typical Bollywood family drama, where characters shed more tears than sweat while kicking bad guys bums. I mean a son just lost his father and is going to be The King. He is also in desperate search of his father's assassin. Oh dear ! just imagine what kind of potential this movie had and Oh Marvel ! how could you make such a disaster out of it?

Dad killed and responsibility ahead and the son is all cool and happy, making googly eyes for her beloved, flaunting like a dumb Tollywood movie protagonist, asking mother if she is happy that he is going to be a king now. SERIOUSLY!!!

Dear Marvel, if you are making such movies to target highly populated melodrama watching geographies and earn a lots of money, then here are few words of wisdom "You made your mark in such geographies by making movies like Ironman, CapAm, Avengers et all. Consolidate that mark. Don't just ride on their success to sell crap to us. You are The Marvel. Change for good not for money"
