I've been a movie goer since the 60's and can appreciate films from every genre starting from the silent film era to today's films. I've lived across America and have been overseas...that doesnt make me a review expert, but it does mean that I have met many people and have seen many things in my life. With that said, one of my favorite pastimes is to sit in a comfortable, dark and cool (preferably quiet) theater and watch a good movie! There is nothing more entertaining than getting lost in a great script scrolling before your eyes on a screen the size of a building...the bigger the better! I love the new Dolby Cinema & IMAX films...so incredibly captivating, so vivid with euphonious audio to match, but as long as there's a large screen...I'm in! I'd like to believe that my reviews are on-point...but it's really a matter of taste I suppose and there are more opinions out there than I care to listen to. The only true way to decide if a film is any good...is to see it for yourself. I haven't written that many reviews here even though I've been a member since the Cardiff Internet Movie Database days; I lost my 1st account/username long ago and re-registered FYI. Now that I have more time on my hands...going forward I'll start to publish a few "favorite lists" here and there; I hope you like them. Enjoy your stay on IMDB and I'll see you around....or maybe at the movies. ;)
