I am not saying this movie was the best movie I've seen, but I AM saying it sure wasn't the worst. The 1,2,3-star ratings are from weirdos, it's not the worst movie ever made. I am not at all a drama lover, I don't watch many of them at all. I also don't like watching movies with more than 3 great actors in it, because it's always them trying to outact each other, but this one wasn't so bad, they didn't share the screentime alot, so it worked out. I have been on a western lately, so I watched this because of Josh Hartnet and James Franco. Yes, Mrs. Duval was not the best actress she definitely needs work on her acting skills, but the rest of the strong actors help even it out. Someone said the Spanish (Jimmy) mother was horrible, I disagree. I don't think she did a bad job at all. So, if you like Dramas, which that is exactly what this is, then this movie is not a bad movie at all. To rate it under a 4, is just weird and ignorant, troll like.1 is the worst movie ever made in your opinion, 10 is the greatest, so I mean come on, let's be real here, this movie isn't ether one. That is why IMBD is not trusted by many people, because of the trolls or actors giving it unrealistic ratings.

I feel that the whole drama of Jimmy's death was a little "extra" because in reality, who would do that if they didn't actually do it, or contemplate suicide after for that matter, but hey it's a movie right?

I dont get how trolls are not seen by the IMD reviewers on here. I looked on 2 account just to see how they reviewed other movies. Users like Svader, they only write bad reviews, literally every movie is a complaint or a back handed compliment review. There is another user before hand, which gave a 1 review, and imagine that literally every movie they rated, was a 1. For instance Dune. Lol. Like? How do these people get on here or through. It makes it hard to believe the ratings or take them seriously. Drama is not my cup of tea, but this movie isn't horrible. I know its not the worst movie ever and neither was Dune. Trolls these days, I mean come on. If the movie was bad, I could get it, but that's just crazy. To waste your time to write bad reviews for what? We look to the reviews to get information about the movie, what does it do for you to troll that?

Clearly Men wrote this, with NO consultation of women and asking what they would do had this happened. Women wouldn't riot the first week of this event, they would FIGURE it out. Rich women wouldn't maybe , but regular women definitely would have. It had the potential to be a very good show, but bc men wrote it, and had women do what they thought they'd do, or react just like a man would, that man it not believable.
