Purnodoirgho Prem Kahini 2

This movie is 2016 release and one of the most anticipate movies in this year. This is a Shakib starring movie and no wonder that the whole story is made by the concentration of this character. The dialogues, storyline script, theme and the screenplay is totally dependent on Shakib's character. This is a very bad practice and nowadays this is a trend and all the producers like this way to recover their investments. I already said this in the review of Shakib starring MENTAL movie. This is very normal in Bangladeshi Cinema and it harms the whole industry. Everyone knows the main problem of Bangladeshi Cinema is the budget problem and the market. But that doesn't mean you will not show your talent or make a very poor movie. There are lots of low-budget movies in Bangladesh made by talented directors and those movies are very good to watch. They are pretty enjoyable and completely overcome the lame excuse of low budget and the market or business.

This movie is a sequel of "Purnodoirgho Prem Kahini" and that movie was a commercially successful movie. That movie was not so bad and That's story line was good. I have no idea about that movie's budget but that was an enjoyable movie. But the sequel is very poor in every way. The story is very clumsy, dull-witted, and very poorly written. The dialogues are very imprudent and the direction of Shafi Uddin Shafi is very incongruous. The story is nothing new and the climax is very heavy-handed.

Bangladeshi cinema really needs dedicated directors and good stories. Maximum films have the storyline and storytelling problem. Copy from other country's story is not the solution. It is the beginning of a big problem. It is now a vital question for the industry. It is the high time for thinking about this problem.
