The Sex Addict

This is a hilarious raunchy, edgy comedy. Very indie but I loved it. If you're into mainstream types of movies, this may be too adventurous for you. I see a star in the making w/this dude! Great cameos too!

Highly recommend you find this movie and watch it if you like laughing. I watched it on Amazon Prime and I laughed from start to finish. Amir Mo is a comedy star on the rise. Hoping there's a lot more to come from him!

This is a crazy movie. It starts out reasonably believable and serious as the female grad student follows a sex-crazed addict named Rex around interviewing him and documenting his life. Despite being a fairly despicable individual, Rex is charismatic and has a pretty quick wit. It's entertaining to get to know Rex through the movie, and you almost do wonder if it's real. But about mid-way through, it seems like they gave up on maintaining the air of seriousness and things just get crazier and crazier, but not as entertaining because it gets fairly juvenile and goofy. I did enjoy the first part but the second phase was more or less a waste of time.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Hilarious film with some awesome performances. Another example of why you shouldn't put too much stock in reviews, especially for an outrageous comedy film like this. This is hilarious. WATCH THIS and you'll thank me later.

Whomever were the naysayers and salty reviewers definitely need to go to to the hospital and have their funnybone examined. I found this movie hilarious from start to finish. I loved the Office feel to the movie but way more raunchier, which is right up my alley:) All in all a great gem I discovered on Prime.
