To Catch a Mouse

I'd love to tell you about this film but I have no idea what it's about. I saw it a few years ago at a horror film festival and I'm still confused. I'll try not to spoil the story the same way the film spoiled my weekend. An old guy talks about kombucha a lot, then a kid dressed like a 1970s gang member asks to use the phone, there's a chase through the woods with night vision goggles, a few broken fingers, and then someone pulls out a spiked dildo. The entire ordeal is bookended with scenes of a mouse that appear to be from a completely different movie, but was apparently all part of the same production. None of the characters are likable, no one has a clear motivation, the twist is about as exciting as a bus ride, and the only thing that qualifies as horror is the fact that it took TWO writers to complete the script. Be grateful no one has posted it online.
