Thunderbolt in Mine Eye

Really heartfelt and true to life. It's always nice when someone gets the pains and joys of adolescence right.

Has the realness of being a teen but it doesn't really do much with that.

Having the actors play there own age is great but the acting is not there for me. It does at times feel student-y.

It's got charm and it's super short so it's fine to watch.

This movie is genuinely one of the least enjoyable experiences I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The movie suffers from awful writing, with the exception of some so bad it's good moments. This film was rotten from inception, and the lack of likable characters or any sort of real feeling joy beats the fact that this movie was made with no feelings in your head. The relationship between the two feels stilted at all moments. The film tries to be both a romance and some sort of feminist icon. I started off trying to enjoy the points it was making but it eventually came off as the writers shoving the moments in where they didn't belong. In conclusion I despite the fact that I have not seen it due to me being bamboozled by the films having the same name I would 100% suggest watching the other young hearts.

Preachy, predictable, pointless, tiresome camerawork with below zero chemistry among the protagonists. Give it a hard pass. You are welcome.

The topic is a good topic to be spoken about and a topic that most people avoid. But the story narration, acting, direction, camera work, and every other thing is literally trash.

I don't how a perosn could rate this 10 out of 10 or put money to a project like making this movie. Why? The producer could have just give this to charity.

This is one of the worst movies I've ever watched. This movie is trying so hard to show that this is a thing that could happen in the real world. But this is not anything like the real world.
