Avis à la une
The plotline is as deep as your average puddle but it's well shot and, for the most part, well acted. It's one of those "stock" mid 90s movies with pretty people doing bad things. At no point do you feel for the protagonist and likewise the antagonist.
You get what you pay for really (assuming you paid which you really shouldn't) which is a slick production of a clunky script with no surprises.
Of course the main bad character has her reasons for being the way she is. One main role is mental health, but an inciting incident is the one that pushes her over the edge - no pun intended here either. It is all b-movie material and thriller. Nothing major here and as predictable as one can imagine ... your imagination probably will be way wilder than what you get served. Anyway, have seen worse, but also way better movies with ... well "nurses"

[Carol turns around startled by Laura]
Laura Harriman: Did I startle you?
Carol Martin: What's the matter with Bob?
Laura Harriman: He's about to lose another wife.
Carol Martin: What?
[Carol is confused by Laura's remark and Laura violently pushes Carol down the stairs, Laura walks down the stairs and opens Bob's medical pouch and takes out a insulin syringe]
Laura Harriman: Poor thing, don't she know that too much insulin could make her dizzy?
[Laura flicks the syringe]
Laura Harriman: Even kill her?
