Before They Were Famous

Based on an American format. Angus Deayton provides the wry commentary for Before They Were Famous.

Essentially it is a clip show of stars before they made it big.

Steve Martin and Tom Selleck appearing on a dating show. John Travolta doing a commercial.

Even British stars had to start somewhere. You see Ross Kemp doing an advert, Graham Norton doing a corporate video. Presenter Angus Deayton did a lot of adverts himself.

It is also a bit of a cheat. There were a lot of corporate videos and bad videos of school productions and amateur theatre.

It is diverting fun mainly due to Deayton's put downs.
