Avis à la une
It has a very simple plot, but this is compensated by good animation and good songs; It is highly underrated and I highly recommend it.
My review for the English translation: "The Fearless Four".
Genre: Animated film with talking animals based on "The Musicians Of Bremen" by the Brothers Grimm.
I absolutely adore this film! It has lovely characters, a good story and the songs are well- written.
In this film, four animals meet each other when they escape from their miserable lives and they all love ... music! They are Buster the dog (his songs are done by James Ingrams, Buster sings really well!), Fred the donkey (his singing voice is B. B. King, good voice as well), Gwendolen the cat (she's my favourite and Oleta Adams does SO well with her voice) and Tortillini the cockerel (Zucchero does his singing voice - good too).
I love this film for five main reasons.
Reason 1: the songs in this are well-sung and well-written. Reason 2: the characters are lovely, my favourite is Gwendolen the cat (I even like the baddies, but not as much as the goodies). Reason 3: The animation is beautiful, the drawings and the backgrounds. Reason 4: There is an important message in this film. DO NOT TREAT ANIMALS CRUELLY!!! Reason 5: The plot and storyline are well-done, unlike many, many cartoon films' plots.
Oh, and one more thing. Could anyone tell me why this film is so hard to get in English??!! Just a question, because I wasn't able to get this movie on video for about five years.
So, watch it when you can, you won't be disappointed!

This film was okay. It's far from perfect, but it's decent enough to watch and it had some good music. The film made a valiant effort to include CGI special effects, but I think it would have been better if they didn't include them. It was a little off putting. I like the animals, but I felt some of them were lacking character development.
Honestly I feel like this movie had some potential, but it probably would have done better without the CGI effects and if they changed the plot a bit cause it got a bit boring after a while.

Excellent! One of the best animated movies I've ever seen! I've only seen the french version, but I'm sure the English and German version is great too! If it was possible, then I'll vote it 100! That looks like a Disney movie, but it's still so cool and I keep watching and watching it over and over again and I never get bored! I hope they'll make a sequel to it, because it's worth of it! But at the ending, I didn't understand if the bad guys were killed in the explosion, or were they saved? That could be a cool sequel idea where the bad guys come back and try to revenge! Who's your favorite character? I like the cat! And the voice actors are excellent! I recommend it to everybody! Bye!
