While holding an interview for a job in the cosmetics department, Drew meets Mimi Bobeck, a hostile and argumentative woman who twists Drew's words and lands him in hot water with Mr. Bell, his boss.

Just as Kate suspected, her mom worries Jay is on the rebound and tries to convince Kate that Drew is the right man for her.

Unfortunately, Drew can't exactly handle the pressure of his new job: come up with fresh ideas each week or get fired.
