Great animated short, with a great sound track

This has to be one of the "Lost" (in the same usage as the Honeymooners "Lost" episodes) Classics of early animation. Being very young when I first saw it, I remember thinking at the time, that the sound track fit the animation so perfectly, and the music was enjoyable, in its own right. Ever since the advent of video tape, I have been looking for this film to be released on tape, but so far----no luck. Would love to hear from anyone who has seen it, or who has any info on vid availability.
