It's a simple plot that effortlessly reaches the satisfying climax. It's a timeless story, and one that actually exonerates the villains to some degree, while making you wonder just how moral the supposed hero is - at least if you think about it seriously. In the end, might makes right, as it always does. And I guess it's not necessarily such a bad thing.
