Is this movie on DVD?

Does anyone know if this movie is on DVD????? i remember watching this movie a few years back and to be honest with you, it was pretty hilarious.

There's a scene in the movie where there's a nuclear explosion at some lab and you can totally tell that its footage from the bomb test at the Bikini Atoll (sp?). Even though the movie didn't scare me, it did provide some comedy. So i guess I'm looking for it on DVD, not for the scare factor, but for the comedy relief. Although I'm sure this movie wasn't intended to be this funny. So please if anyone out there has any info about this movie, please let me know.
