Nuclear Secrets

This TV mini-series is not just educating, but also entertaining. In these series is revealed stories of the people and events, which has affected world greatly. Only concern I have is why overall user rating is so low. I can only guess that it's because of 4th episode about Vanunu. Each episode is generally dedicated to one personality, who had affected world greatly. These episodes are like biographic stories of five persons. These persons are not the best known scientists or Press faces, these are the ones who make history. Episodes are quite historically precious and actors are quite similar to their real-world personage. Usually i don't like documentaries, where actors are playing, but these series are totally different, and i can honestly say, that this stuff is must-see!

This series takes us back to the time of the birth of the nuclear bombs. It shows the lives of scientists who created it, stole it and sold it. The actors depicting the real life of those people did a fabulous job. It also did a good job in highlighting the fact that there is a great risk now that these technologies can easily slip into the wrong hands. After seeing these documentaries one can only ask the question as to whether the weapons have stopped the third world war permanently or are they being manufactured to be in it. It also highlights that the international politics has driven the scientists to develop destructive power of such titanic magnitudes. Overall this documentary is a must watch to know the history and the present state of nuclear weapons in the world,

With these files declassified one can only guess what other historical documents will never be known to the public. This series is educational and quite well done. Found it on YouTube by searching for spy movies. Enjoyable.
