Avis à la une
So the verneuil are back and for claude and Marie's 40th anniversary together. Their daughters have decided to celebrate and invite the whole family, and by family I mean the parents of the grooms, who with them Claude and Marie are having a hard time to deal with.
The third installment of Serial (Bad) Weddings is a fun comedy for everyone to enjoy. It consists of black comedy and doesn't apologize for being courageous in face of Political correctness.
Claude and Marie have a hard time dealing with the different cultures and religions that each groom brings to the family, with the third one bringing the parents of the grooms it does bring a lot of humor and entertainment. Sure it would be fun to see how all couples will make it through this event. Family events can always be challenging.
The moments I enjoyed the most were the scenes with Claude and Andre Koffi, Christian Clavier and Pascal N'Zonzi are fantastic actors and they deliver an amusing performance over the course of three movies.
Overall I really enjoyed the third movie and find it to be promising just like the two others, for those who are a little skeptical about the humor I suggest to watch this film with an open mind. It is amusing as ever.

"Monsieur Claude and his big party" is the third part of Monsieur Claude and his family. Philippe de Chauveron once again directs and Guy Laurent provides the screenplay. The culture clash comedy provides an insight into the everyday lives of families, the small conflicts that arise from family and neighborly closeness and the challenges that a big family celebration brings with it.
France's star comedian Christian Clavier embodies the bourgeoisie in his usual excellent role. Outwardly well-behaved and suave, but on the inside narrow-minded and full of prejudices. But still endearing at the same time. But the sons-in-law and their families are also delicious. Pascal N'Zonzi as André Koffi is particularly delightful in his role.
The script and staging tend to exaggerate the characters and provide plenty of situation comedy in the many mini-dramas that take place during the course of the plot. The film plays with foibles, deep-seated prejudices and makes it clear that thinking in racial categories is not the privilege of white people.
This black comedy does not shy away from political incorrectness and is presented with a light-footedness that makes it a pleasure to watch and laugh at. A sympathetic appeal for international understanding. You can feel the love for the family and it is love that always helps to fulfill family obligations and make compromises.
At the end, the movie leaves you with a warm, comforting feeling.
------------- Conclusion: Outstanding - The chaos is perfect again and the happy ending is also guaranteed.
A déjà vu effect cannot be denied. You get what you expect. We love it.

First of all I don't understand why this movie has such a bad rating. I love the movie! It is just so funny again to see the all the family members from different origins telling jokes about each other. I literally laughed the whole movie so good was it. For me it's the best out of the 3 movies. If you loved the first two movies or even just one of them this movie is for you. If you are not sure if you should watch this movie because you have only watched the first one, don't worry, I watched the second one after the third one and I understood everything. It's one of the best comedy movies I have ever seen, it's just a Comedy Highlight! Go watch it!
What a pleasure to find the Verneuil family for a third part just as successful as the previous ones, the plot of this new part is so exciting with these situations to die of laughter, it is too funny from beginning to end (a pleasure of cinema total)
French Comedy '' Serial ( Bad ) Weddings Three '' is the third installment and maybe the finale of the series of otherwise enjoyable family drama with great laughs and interesting characters.
This time around, the movie goes deeper into the parents' stories, as they have to join the rest of the in laws in a grand party for their wedding anniversary.
However, the comedy part wasn't as strong as the one in the previous movies, though it was nice to see the beloved characters again.
The performances were all great as well.
So, overall, five out of ten for the third movie of the ' Serial (bad) weddings ' series.
