R is for Rosie

I like the rest of the show, its very funny, but by far this has been the funniest episode of all 4 seasons. I'd love to watch these characters in their own show.

We all know that Frank is going to screw something up. It's his nature.

So: while Frank is busy with the fire in the service hangar (the fourth one this month) Rosie does the introduction to this episode. Maybe the Murphy family and the Roosevelt family have more in common than we thought?

Nia wants to audition for a TV show.

Rosie meets the Mayor (who affects a Sicilian accent). The Mayor has a project and needs one more vote to pursue it. He wants to demolish the library in order to make room for a new dog track. He offers Rosie a bribe if Rosie will vote for the track.

Nia places and is invited to be on the show.

Rosie suffers the Mayor's wrath.
