Wash

A mother and her daughter-trying to survive a living nightmare. We're not told exactly what happened before, or how things ended up this way, but we're drawn into the slow, creeping minutes of yet another failed attempt to rid themselves of the evil that haunts them.

The film leaves plenty of room for imagination-both about what happened in the past and what might come next. It also raises lots of questions while watching: Why are the washers taped up so heavily? What's really going on here?

The unsettling atmosphere, excellent cinematography, and haunting music all made me feel genuinely uncomfortable while watching. And that, I suppose, is a mark of success-because horror stories aren't meant to make you feel good or comfortable; quite the opposite!

A dark story defined more by photography than by dialogue. A mother, a washing machine, a boy , at the first sigh, in machine, a rabbit toy and the boy. Correct atmosphere, creepy frame and ambiguity as the maine tool. Maybe, enough for a nice short horror.
