I went to the cinema without any expectations and I didn't see the movie's short film version in the beginning. But the movie doesn't make any of the scene that keeps me boring during. I was enjoying every part of the movie from start till the end.
PROS
STORY/SCREENPLAY - The feature film is from the origin short film of the same name but the team made some effective changes to the story development in order not to make audience feel like it was like watching again since the short film. The characterization of the actors and actress are well handled as there was no lacking of the acting skills for all the actors worked in that film.
SONGS/BGM - The Backbone of the film was nice to listen and going with the flow of the screenplay. The credits goes to Varmann Elangkovan as the music director for the movie. The song Oru Murai that made a wave in social media among youngsters brought as a visual treat for the audience.
MUGEN RAO APPEARANCE - Mugen Rao became a fame by entering biggboss without his knowledge as he wouldn't know the response outside during the relaity show is going in India. But, i can felt the audience support and the expectations towards his screen apperance in this film. His cute laugh and hilarious dialogues made his appearance to be satisfied fully.
ACTORS/ACTRESS PERFORMANCE - The main leads of the movie; Yuvaraj Krishnasamy, Santinie Chandra Bos, Agalyah Maniam and Thevaguru Suppiah has done all of their roles perfectly in order the characters to be engageful and to be solid enough for the audience to feel like living with their characters in the movie.
MOVIE SETTINGS - Location selection and cinematography that makes this movie as a whole movie for audience eye-catching experience. The cinematic look for a malaysian movie is a need as it doesn't visualised as a malaysian tamil telefilm. This film has fulfilled the need and it attracts audience slowly by the visuals.
CONS
HUMOUR COULD BE MORE - The parts of Kuben Mahadevan's hilarious dialogues and body language points us as a new upcoming comedian will be in the town for a malaysian tamil film. The comedy scenes can be more as all the comedy performance of Kuben has successfully gained audience claps in the teathre. More hilarious dialogues and scenes could bring this movie to the next level.
AUDIENCE SUPPORT - Several campaigns done for the promotion of the movie by the team before the movie release. From my experience for the first time malaysian movie goer, i felt this movie deserves a recognition for new crew to be developed to do more movies in the future. However, i've been heard the movie still yet gain support from the audience as I believe it will be successful slowly by the audience.
