Souviens-toi... l'été dernier

Reading these other reviews, I'm starting to realize that people who say it's "woke" don't actually understand what "woke" is. Nothing about the premier felt forced or out of place. Newsflash! Teens do drugs and have sex with each other. It's called life. The production. Alyeska are good. The acting is serviceable. The problem I see is the "twist" in the 1st episode. It's different, but I can see it being harmful down the road. Especially with the character development of the main actress. For now I rate it a 5 for being exactly what it is, average. Maybe some slick writing will change my mind in future episodes.

The killer is very obvious & makes sense but the plots to this kept turning and twisting and turning and then the ending plot of season 1 was just not that put together at all. So their is going to maybe be a season 2 if it gets renewed but so far its watchable but the ending is ehhh.

The show just drags on. And I don't mean in a building dramatic tension.

The acting sucks, even though I've see many of the actors in other projects where I did enjoy them.

There's very little action.

There's no very emotion. No excitement. No feelings for the characters, one way or another.

Don't waste your time thinking it'll go somewhere or get better when you become more invested. It won't.

I'm on episode 1 but I was legit befuddle. I'm watching this like ain't they sisters? Nobody seems to care at all. These kids need to meet Michael Meyers because they are evil.

That woman should not be behind a wheel, she crashes or almost crashes in literally every episode and yet keep looking at her phone while driving.

The show is just meh so far, will still finish to know the plot.
