They all get a chance to take the bad guy down and actually give it to them pretty good. However, if you've clocked him in the head with a pan or stabbed him or even shot him, MAKE SURE THEY STAY DOWN. Hit them, shoot them or stab them several more times. EVERY SINGLE TIME when she just about makes it out, the bad guy is able to regroup or regain consciousness and regain the upper hand.

I loved this movie, it is so Lifetime! Just the right amount of suspense and cheesiness. I really enjoyed it and can't wait for it to be on again so I can watch it with my mom.

The plot was a little far fetched but the story once you got into it tracked well and they tied up any loose ends. Better than many Lifetime movies. Cathy Moriarty was a little over the top playing to a supporting cast as Momma which were many unknowns..

"Into The Arms of Danger" is without a doubt one of the most creative Lifetime dramas I've watched. The story is compelling, and I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire film. The cast - especially Cathy, who played Momma - did an amazing job. The art of a truly good film is that it's supposed to put you in the zone, allowing you to absorb the emotions of the characters, and the director and writer did a good job with it. I genuinely felt for Momma and her clearly-brainwashed children, but on the other hand, I also felt very strongly for Jenny, who was clearly the victim. Momma clearly has her demons, but there were moments I saw what potential she had, if she'd gotten the help she needed and deserved. Anyway, the movie hit all my sweet spots and I genuinely enjoyed this watch over many other films because the storty has substance and isn't one of those overly-cliche Lifetime flicks, it's actually very interesting in its depth, but very entertaining as well.

On a flyer, I watched this movie on LMN and was so pleasantly surprised that I felt the need to give it an (almost) ten-star review. If the storyline weren't so far-fetched, it would have gained all five stars from me.

Where the film triumphed, however, was the great cast of actors. Cathy Moriarty was fantastic as the deranged mother - a role I hadn't seen her play before - and AlexAnn Hopkins was equally a delightful heroin.

The standout for me was the role of Clyde, played by Sam Meader. He gave such a solidly chilling performance as the bad guy that he almost had me rooting for him. An actor I hadn't come across before, I look forward to seeing him in future movies.

Overall, a fun film if you don't take it too seriously - worth the watch!
