Cheat Kusushi no Slow Life: Isekai ni Tsukurou Drug Store

Fun, relaxing, and most importantly, wholesome, this anime is so much fun! After a long day, this is definitely a must watch to clear the mind and just vibe!

I would consider this anime to be perfect if you are looking for a slow paced, relaxing, cute anime. There is no real plot to the story, and the characters do not really have any distinguishable characteristics or personalities to speak of. To be blunt, it is a really cliche series, and episodes are usually surrounded around a single thing, such as a full episode concerning the main character and a side character going to a store or going to a different town. If you like fast-paced comedy animes with a twist such as myself, this anime in my opinion does not fall within that genre. Despite the anime being "cute" in it's nature, I found all the episodes to be, for lack of better words, uninteresting and boring.

This show isn't going to knock your socks off, but it's very relaxing, very cute, actually, genuinely funny at points, it doesn't have terrible animation or music, and the characters are all fun. Sure, most people have a single character trait, sure there is no story, and sure this isn't the best show ever, but that's not what this show is going for. It has more of a feel of something like non non biyori (which you should watch if you haven't, it's probably the best relaxing-type anime you will every watch) which is just trying to give you laid back entertainment that you don't have to get too invested into. I don't know if I would have liked this show as much if I didn't watch it weekly as it came out or how binging it would change the experience, but overall I thought it was pretty good.
