Anecdotes
Originally, the film was being developed as a standalone prequel to the short film, "Clean Up on Aisle - OVERKILL!" featuring the character "Hunturo Peachuro," (who was renamed "Rick Theron" in this film). Due to the production and release of "Clean Up on Aisle 8: Superstore!" itself a direct sequel to "Overkill!!" This film is now considered as a standalone sequel/spin-off to "Clean Up on Aisle 8: Superstore!" However, there has been emphasis by the producers that this is a very standalone project.
