Hilarious 'so bad it's good' type flick

This was a fun one, and a blind buy for me for $1 out at some store. We love a good bad movie and for some reason this one just seemed like it was going to be one of those.

Maybe it was the cover that's too dark to discern what's happening, which is quite indicative of the visuals of the movie itself. And which has the 2 words of the title in two different fonts. Maybe it was the back which has the words 'assassins' and 'targets' with a CGI knife in the middle that's making a shadow that's not physically possible. Maybe it's that a bonus feature is called 'kristoffs rap!' that sold me.

I dunno. All I can say is that the movie makes no sense, is obviously just a guy and his friends making a flick for as close to $0 as possible, and has some of the worst fitting clothing I've ever seen on any characters in cinema. If you like Ben and Arthur or champagne and bullets, you may like this too...
