Waste of time

I get that people are trying to be supportive of a new afghan creative, but the quality is awful. The lead needs acting lessons. The script is written by a 12 year old it seems. The story is convuluted and not cohesive. It is the worse type of student film. This team needs to re-evaluate the purpose of making films, and if they don't understand the basics of good film making, they ought to give up now. There are plenty of afghan youth putting out amazing quality content, something which this team should perhaps look towards for inspiration.

Disappointing acting, editing and story.

As someone who deeply cares about the filmmaking output of my Afghan community, I feel compelled to acknowledge that at times, it may be necessary to speak candidly about the problems that must be addressed in order to improve.

The film left me feeling extremely disappointed. It had a terrible combination of bad editing, acting, and story that made for a frustrating viewing experience. The editing was so poorly executed that it was difficult to follow what was happening on screen. The transitions were jarring and abrupt, and the pacing was completely off. It was clear that there was a lack of attention to detail in the editing process, including sound. The acting is equally subpar, characters lack depth and their performances make it difficult to connect with any of them. There is no emotional depth to their performances. The story is underdeveloped, making it difficult to understand the motivations of the characters, and the plot is uninspiring. The film failed to deliver any meaningful message or entertainment value, leaving me feeling empty and dissatisfied.

I would not recommend this film to anyone. If you're looking for a well-crafted film with great performances and an inspiring story, this is not the film for you.
